On the second Tuesday of each month at 2pm, the library's book club meets to discuss a book. Members take turns selecting and leading the discussion of the book they have chosen. The selected books are provided by the library for the members to read ahead of the next meeting. If you are interested in joining the discussion, stop in at the library to pick up the next month's book.
Curious Colors explores the science of color in our world and play with how light and motion influence what we see. Discover the principles of light and the spectrum of visible color with creative hands-on activities and explore both scientific and artistic methods for mixing color.

The Averys use creative dramatics, storytelling, music and interactive crafting to explore how colors link to our feelings. Children will go home with two take-away crafts.
