The Freeport District Library is located at 208 S. State St., Freeport, MI  49325.

The Freeport District Library is a Class II public library serving the residents of Carlton and Irving Townships in Barry County.  The Freeport District Library is a member of the Lakeland Library Cooperative.  We participate in interlibrary loan and reciprocal borrowing with other member libraries.  We also participate in interlibrary loan through MEL CAT (Michigan E-Library Catalog). 

The library offers the check out of Books, Magazines, Audio Books, and DVDs, as well as check out of Overdrive/Libby Downloadable Audiobooks, E-books and E-Magazines.
